Inventory and packing-list reconciliation
We identify delivered furniture, storage, learning materials, and equipment; match items to the intended rooms; flag missing or unclear pieces; and organize the project before assembly begins.

Childcare facility services • Custom scope
R&E helps childcare owners and developers move from boxes, packing lists, and unfinished rooms to organized, functional, and developmentally appropriate spaces—with a clear plan before installation begins.
We identify delivered furniture, storage, learning materials, and equipment; match items to the intended rooms; flag missing or unclear pieces; and organize the project before assembly begins.
Each classroom is planned around age group, supervision, circulation, sightlines, safety, and learning goals. Zones may include group learning, art and creative work, blocks and building, dramatic play, reading and quiet time, soft or calm space, storage, display, and open movement.
Room-by-room plans coordinate cribs, tables, seating, shelving, storage, activity furniture, reception elements, and other equipment so each piece supports the way the space must function.
Realistic room concepts, floor plans, zone legends, intent notes, and item identification give ownership and the field team a shared picture of the completed environment before permanent placement.
R&E creates room assignments, field labels, installation sequencing, placement guidance, anchoring coordination, and clear instructions for handymen, vendors, or installation crews. Permanent attachment is field-verified first.
After assembly, we refine placement, confirm circulation and sightlines, complete room styling, document finished spaces, and conduct a punch-list walkthrough so the facility is presented as one intentional environment.
The next move
Every engagement is shaped by what the property actually needs—not a preset package of activity.
